Exchange & Returns Policy

This policy is designed to maintain product quality, prevent misuse, and ensure a fair experience for all Everest Athleisure customers.

1. Policy Overview

Everest Athleisure maintains a strict no-return policy to protect product integrity, hygiene, and fair use of our services.

By purchasing from Everest Athleisure, customers agree to all terms listed in this policy.

2. No Return Policy

We do not accept returns once a product has been purchased.

Returns based on change of mind, preference, or dissatisfaction after use are strictly not accepted.

This policy helps prevent misuse such as wearing products and attempting returns.

However, nothing in this policy overrides any mandatory rights provided under applicable law.

3. Strict Exchange Window

Size exchange requests must be made within 2 days of purchase or delivery.

After 2 days, all exchange requests become invalid under our store policy.

Exchange is only applicable if the product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

4. Condition Requirements (Very Important)

Product must be completely unused.

All original tags must be intact and not removed.

Packaging must be in original condition.

No stains, smell, perfume, sweat, or signs of wear.

Any product failing these checks will be immediately rejected.

5. Damage / Wrong Item Claims

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers are strongly required to record an unboxing video as proof.

Claims without proof may not be accepted.

6. Exchange Approval Process

All exchanges are subject to physical inspection by Everest Athleisure staff.

Approval is solely at the discretion of Everest Athleisure after verifying product condition.

If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be provided at our discretion.

7. Misuse & Fraud Prevention

Everest Athleisure reserves the right to refuse any exchange request suspected of misuse.

Repeated attempts to exchange used or damaged products may result in refusal of future service.

Customers showing abusive behavior or attempting policy manipulation may be denied service.

8. In-Store Purchases

For in-store purchases, customers are encouraged to check size, fit, and product condition before completing payment.

Once purchased, items are considered final unless eligible under the exchange conditions above.

9. Final Decision Authority

All decisions regarding exchange eligibility, condition approval, and claim validity are final and binding under Everest Athleisure policy.

This ensures fairness and consistency across all customers.
