Shipping & Delivery
This page explains how Everest Athleisure processes, dispatches, and delivers orders across Nepal. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping and delivery terms outlined below.
1. Order Confirmation
All orders placed with Everest Athleisure are subject to acceptance, stock availability, and serviceability.
Order confirmation messages do not guarantee final acceptance.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or operational limitations.
2. Delivery Coverage
Everest Athleisure delivers across Nepal through internal logistics and third-party courier partners.
Delivery availability depends on location, courier serviceability, and operational feasibility.
3. Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed after confirmation and stock allocation.
Processing time may vary during peak periods, sales, or high-demand launches.
Dispatch timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery commitments.
4. Payment & Partial COD System
Everest Athleisure offers prepaid and Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) options.
For Partial COD, customers must pay an advance amount (e.g., NPR 500) to confirm the order.
The remaining balance is paid at the time of delivery.
The advance payment secures logistics, packaging, and courier costs.
If the customer fails to respond, is unreachable, refuses delivery, or cancels after dispatch, the advance payment is strictly non-refundable.
This amount will be treated as a logistics and delivery handling fee.
Full Cash on Delivery may not be available for all customers.
Everest Athleisure reserves the right to restrict COD based on order history, risk factors, or location.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate name, phone number, and delivery address.
Customers must be available to receive calls and delivery.
Failure to respond may result in delivery failure or cancellation.
6. Failed Delivery & Cancellation
If the customer is unreachable, refuses delivery, or fails to accept the order, the delivery will be marked as failed.
In such cases, the advance payment will not be refunded.
Repeated failed deliveries may result in restrictions on future orders or mandatory prepaid checkout.
7. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary based on location.
Kathmandu Valley deliveries are typically faster than outside valley.
Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, road conditions, or courier disruptions.
Everest Athleisure is not liable for delays beyond its control.
8. Inspection at Delivery
Customers are advised to check the package upon delivery.
Any issue such as damage or wrong item should be reported within 24 hours.
Unboxing video is strongly recommended for claim validation.
9. Risk & Responsibility
Once the product is successfully delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Everest Athleisure is not liable for damage, loss, or misuse after delivery.
10. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated during checkout or order confirmation.
Charges may vary depending on location and delivery complexity.
11. Force Majeure
Everest Athleisure is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond control including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or courier failures.
12. Legal Rights
This policy outlines Everest Athleisure’s operational practices.
Nothing in this policy overrides any non-waivable rights under applicable law.
