By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Everest Athleisure, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services or purchase products.

We aim to ensure all product details including images, sizes, and descriptions are accurate.

Minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and production.

Everest Athleisure reserves the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

Everest Athleisure reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or operational limitations.

Everest Athleisure offers prepaid payment and Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) options.

For selected orders, customers are required to pay an advance amount (e.g., NPR 500) to confirm the order.

The remaining balance can be paid at the time of delivery.

The advance payment is mandatory to secure logistics, packaging, and courier costs.

If the customer fails to respond, is unreachable, refuses delivery, or cancels after dispatch, the advance payment is strictly non-refundable.

This amount will be treated as a logistics and handling fee.

Full Cash on Delivery may not be available for all customers. Everest Athleisure reserves the right to restrict COD based on order history or risk factors.

Repeated failed deliveries may result in restrictions on future orders.

By placing an order under Partial COD, the customer agrees to these terms.

Nothing in this clause overrides any non-waivable rights under applicable law.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, or external factors.

Everest Athleisure is not liable for delays beyond its control.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information.

Everest Athleisure does not accept returns once a product is sold.

Returns based on change of mind, preference, or dissatisfaction are not accepted.

This policy helps prevent misuse such as wearing products and attempting returns.

Nothing in this clause overrides any non-waivable rights under applicable law.

Size exchange is allowed within 2 days of delivery or purchase.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Products with removed tags, stains, smell, or signs of wear will not be accepted.

Exchange is subject to stock availability and product inspection.

Customers must report damaged or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery.

An unboxing video is strongly recommended as proof.

Claims without valid proof may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for checking size, fit, and product details before purchase.

For in-store purchases, customers should verify products before payment.

Everest Athleisure is not responsible for incorrect size selection by the customer.

Everest Athleisure reserves the right to refuse service in cases of suspected misuse or fraud.

Repeated failed deliveries, fake claims, or abusive behavior may result in order cancellation or service restriction.

Everest Athleisure is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use.

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product, to the extent permitted by law.

All content including logos, designs, images, and text belongs to Everest Athleisure.

Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Everest Athleisure reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kathmandu.
